    I ask you between 10–30 thoughtful questions to understand your brand and product or service, and even use it myself when possible. I also look at your competitors to find ways we can make your copy more credible and compelling than theirs.

  • 2. Understand Your Ideal Customer

    I kinda obsess over knowing your customers. I read your reviews and testimonials, and may even interview your customers so I can understand their context, triggers, and motives for buying from you.

  • 3. Connect Your Product to Your Customer's Deepest Needs

    Once I understand you and your customer, I assemble the copy so that what you offer connects with the most pressing goals, needs, and desires of your audience—setting you up for as much sales success as possible.
